Our services are offered on the basis of time spent on your matter in most cases. However, we charge a fixed fee for the following services:

Currently, our basic hourly rate is £220 plus VAT. Our premium hourly rate* is £265 + VAT for our Director. We offer home visits if required at no extra charge if within 20 miles of either of our offices.
*Premium hourly rates are charged where the work is urgent or complex. This will be agreed with you in advance.
We also offer an HR service charged on a monthly retainer basis. This is a 24/7, “on call” service, with monthly fees ranging from £100-300 + VAT. We work with a number of businesses on this retainer scheme, from healthcare providers to recruitment companies.
Non-contentious employment work (providing draft contracts, policies etc) will be completed within 5-10 days.
Employment Tribunals and Contentious Employment Law matters are charged at our hourly rate of £220 plus VAT and are based on our time spent on your matter. We act for both employers and employees in Employment Tribunal claims.
Contentious employment matters vary in length from case to case. On average, a typical Employment Tribunal claim can take at least 6 months, unless the matter is settled before it reaches court.
