Jane Lodeto

Jane Lodeto

Solicitor and Director

Jane Lodeto qualified as a solicitor in 2003 following a Law Degree at the University of East Anglia and a Legal Practice Course with the College of Law.  She has specialised in Family Law and Wills and Probate since qualification.  She is a member of Resolution and is keen to ensure that family matters are settled with as little acrimony as possible.  Jane is also skilled in advising on the preparation of Wills and winding up of estates after death with particular consideration for providing for the care of children and giving advice regarding cohabitees and Inheritance Tax.  Jane updates her knowledge continuously by completing professional development courses and by subscribing to numerous legal journals and websites.

Jane also volunteers at Havens Hospices to give training to their staff on the legal aspects for people at the end of their life.  As a mother of a secondary school age child, Jane has a strong empathy with her clients going through family breakdown or loss, and planning for the future.
