The documentation involved in buying a house or flat is vitally important. That is where we come in. There may be defects in the legal documents relating, for example, to work carried out on the property that does not have the necessary planning consents or buildings regulation certificates, or there may be other matters such as restrictions on use. These matters cannot necessarily be seen when you view the property; they only come to light when we receive the paperwork.
Our job is to investigate the title to the property and if there are any problems, to resolve them to your satisfaction so that you do not have any problems whilst you own the property, or when you come to sell it.

Throughout the process, we liaise with you, the solicitor for your seller/buyer, the estate agent and your mortgage lender to ensure that the sale or purchase moves to completion as far as possible in accordance with your desired timescale.
