Jane Lodeto
Solicitor and Director
Jane Lodeto qualified as a solicitor in 2003 following a Law Degree at the University of East Anglia and a Legal Practice Course with the College of Law. She has specialised in Family Law and Wills and Probate since qualification. She is a member of Resolution and is keen to ensure that family matters are settled with as little acrimony as possible. Jane is also skilled in advising on the preparation of Wills and winding up of estates after death with particular consideration for providing for the care of children and giving advice regarding cohabitees and Inheritance Tax. Jane updates her knowledge continuously by completing professional development courses and by subscribing to numerous legal journals and websites.
Jane also volunteers at Havens Hospices to give training to their staff on the legal aspects for people at the end of their life. As a mother of a secondary school age child, Jane has a strong empathy with her clients going through family breakdown or loss, and planning for the future.
Hazel Oluwadare
Solicitor
Hazel Oluwadare joined the firm in October 2022 as a Trainee Solicitor. She completed her Law Degree and Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Trent University and thereafter worked as a paralegal for a boutique firm in London and a construction company in Bath.
Hazel qualified as a solicitor in October 2024 and specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Probate. Hazel enjoys working with people to solve problems and enjoys face to face client contact. Hazel is keen to provide transparent and clear advice and offers continuous support to clients who have experienced a loss or putting their affairs in order.
Daizie Brazier
Paralegal
Daizie supports Jane Lodeto and Hazel Oluwadare in our Family, Wills and Probate department. She joined the firm in 2023. Daizie studied law at Brighton university and has an LLB . She is studying to qualify as a solicitor and is a great asset to the team. Daizie hopes to eventually specialise in Family Law.
Jessica Webster
Legal Secretary & Vulnerable Client Officer
Jessica is our senior member of the support team working in both the Family and Wills and Probate departments. She has worked with us since 2015 and has gained a thorough knowledge of the legal procedures so she can help our clients. She has gained an NVQ in Business and Administration.
As Vulnerable Client Officer, Jessica’s aim is to ensure that our services are accessible to everyone, including the elderly, those with physical or mental disabilities and the bereaved.
Aimee Butler
Office Manager
Aimee is based on our reception and will often be the first person you meet or speak to. She can assist you in making appointments, taking payments, and updating you on the progress of some matters. Aimee will also be the first port of call for matters regarding Office Administration and events and Charity Fundraising.
